Welcome to the Academy of Shaolin Kung Fu. At the Academy of Shaolin our primary aim is to uphold the highest standards of Chinese Shaolin Martial arts training.

On this basis our ultimate goal is to achieve highly effective self-defence for all students, this is expressed within our training format and syllabus structure. Our ultimate target is to be economical in both the way we think as well as our martial movements. The foundations are laid for not only Male and Female total beginners of all ages, but also the more experienced Shaolin practitioner, as all our instructors have many years of martial arts experience.

In line with the teachings at the Academy of Shaolin, we feel it is our duty to promote character building thus underpinning traditional values, respect and discipline. Health and fitness benefits are woven into the fabric of good Chinese Shaolin Martial arts once on the 'Path to enlightenment'.
